One of my all time favorite movies is Eyes Wide Shut. I created this poster as if it was designed in Czechoslovakian during the 60's. The idea was to literally interpret the movies title, while using stock photography from the film. Overall I was very happy with the "hand made" end result being entirely done digitally.
Paris is Burning: The critically acclaimed 1990 documentary film was life changing for me. To pay my respect I decided to give the dated poster a makeover. The design draws from the hand created fliers seen advertising these types of balls during that time period. The font Franklin Gothic was chosen specifically for it's use in the film as it's chapter marker.
Jackass: Created during my time at Farmingdale University, this was designed in my advertising class. The project restraint was to keep the poster photo based. I chose Jackass because I thought I could bring more sophistication to the design, rather than running with their already previously established brand.
